You have 14 days from the date you received your artwork to request a return. Should you decide to return your purchase for a refund, you are responsible for all shipping arrangements and charges, and therefore only the price paid for the artwork may be refunded. All original packing materials must be included, and merchandise must be returned in new, undamaged condition.  Due to the individual nature of each artwork, exchanges are not normally offered. 

Should you receive your artwork damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and send photos of the damages to: sarahroussinov@aol.com. In this case, a full refund including shipping may be granted. All original packing materials must be included, and merchandise must be in new condition. 

When preparing a return, please ensure that all items are securely packaged and keep all despatch proof/receipts. Your refund will be issued upon the safe receipt of the returned item.

• A replacement (if available)
• Notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return the artwork.
• Package the artwork securely.
• Advise of a suitable day to collect the artwork.
• We will send you the appropriate labels to print and attach to the parcel.
• As soon as the artwork is returned to the artist, we will arrange either a full refund or a credit note.

All items are packaged and shipped securely, usually within 72 hours of purchase. (Please get in touch before making a purchase, if you are concerned about delivery schedules or need shipping to be expedited.)  

Smaller/lighter pieces of work are shipped using Royal Mail Guaranteed Delivery. Artworks that are bulky/awkward or higher value will be shipped by courier. For International shipping, please get in touch for a shipping quote before making your purchase.
